We have Extended hours appointments within our local hub during the week between 6:30pm-8pm. These appointments are offered based on the eligibility criteria. Please speak to the reception team for more information.

At weekends appointments are also available at the local HUB as follows:

• Sat: Hub available 09.00 - 17.00pm. These appointments may require you to attend a different surgery.

If you have an urgent problem when the surgery is closed please ring 111 who cover out of hours. Please note that when contacting them, your telephone conversation will be recorded.

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
